About Villa Rosario Condo

Villa Rosario Condominium is located off of Macheche Road and E. Nandez Ave, in the northern village of Dededo.  The complex is conveniently located near schools, churches, restaurants, and neighborhood shopping. It is minutes away from the Guam International Airport and the business districts of Tamuning and Tumon.

Villa Rosario was constructed in 1989 and has 141 units. Amenities include a laundry facility, BBQ Pavilion, swimming pool, and recently added a playground facility,with a tennis court, basketball court, jogging trails, and children's playground equipment on an adjacent lot owned by the Association. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on January 30, 2010 and the facilities opened the following year. 

This will add to the appeal of our project as a family oriented condominium.
