Property Manager

The Property Manager’s name is Fred Aguon, Century 21 Realty Management Company, Inc. He is responsible for the common area, reporting to the board of all discrepancies regarding the common area, enforcing the house rules and By-Laws, overseeing those who are contracted by Villa Rosario (security, grounds keeping, pool cleaning and maintenance and garbage pick up to include cardboards.) The Property Manager is assisted by the part-time on-site Resident Manager, Tyler Mesubed. If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints in regards to the common area or contractors of the property please contact Mr. Aguon.
